Affinity Caregiver proudly recognizes Anne Tristant as our Employee of the Month for October 2025. Anne consistently demonstrates professionalism, compassion, and reliability in every aspect of her work.
Before joining Affinity Caregiver, Anne provided Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children with autism, developing deep insight into behavioral care and individualized support. She also gained valuable experience as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), where she strengthened her skills in hands-on, person-centered care.
Since transitioning into her current role as an In-Home Care Specialist, Anne has continued to exemplify excellence — maintaining perfect attendance with no missed shifts, and frequently stepping in to provide last-minute coverage whenever needed.
Clients and families consistently praise Anne for her empathy, dependability, and professionalism. Fluent in English and French, she fosters meaningful connections and ensures clear, comforting communication across cultures.
